Fishing guide
Kevin Sepp
I have been fishing my whole life.
My first memory is fishing for pike with my brother by our home lake. Back then we still used Nevskaya reels. Over the years everything has developed, and the lake of my childhood in South Estonia has been replaced by the sea, where most of my fishing now takes place.
For most of the year I dedicate myself to sea trout fishing. I also fish for other species such as pike and perch. I enjoy discovering our rivers as well, where many small streams offer great opportunities to catch brown trout. My main sea trout fishing spots are within about 100 km of Tallinn, but fishing days also take me to islands such as Saaremaa and Hiiumaa. On exploration trips I often find new good fishing spots and meet other anglers. I spend more than 200 days a year fishing.
This helps me stay up to date with the best fishing spots and techniques for every season.
In addition to fishing, I enjoy filming my trips and writing articles about them. In recent years I have written stories for almost every issue of the fishing magazine “Kalastaja”.
